Exchange Policy – Ratan Jewellers
At Ratan Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent and fair exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Eligibility for Exchange
Jewellery items are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of exchange.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are allowed only for jewellery of equal or higher value.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.
Making charges, wastage, and taxes paid at the time of original purchase are non-refundable.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery items are not eligible for exchange.
Gold & Diamond Jewellery
Gold jewellery will be exchanged based on the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange.
Diamond jewellery value will be assessed based on weight, quality, and certification, as applicable.
Exclusions
Coins, bars, silver articles, and gift items are not eligible for exchange.
Any damage, tampering, or alteration will void the exchange eligibility.
Final Decision
The management of Ratan Jewellers reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request after product inspection.
