  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Delivery timelines for custom orders are approximate and may vary.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to Ratan Jewellers’ Exchange Policy.

  • Original invoice is mandatory for any exchange request.

  • The company reserves the right to approve or decline exchanges after inspection.

Buyback & Gold Rate

  • Buyback or exchange value of gold jewellery will be calculated as per the current market rate on the day of transaction.

  • Making charges, wastage, and taxes are non-refundable.

Certification & Purity

  • Gold jewellery is hallmarked as per applicable standards.

  • Diamond jewellery is sold with certification wherever applicable.

Liability

  • Ratan Jewellers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Customers are advised to verify product details before final purchase.
